libraul-dev software package provides real time audio utility library -- development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libraul-dev
libraul-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libraul-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libraul-dev *
You will get with libraul-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
